To download and run XPlan you need the latest sources.

Here you can find the source code to the latest developer snapshots in
gzipped tar format of the Linux DevGuide run-time libraries and XPlan.

NOTE: You also need the XView toolkit libraries to run XPlan. See the
      links on the home page.
